The throat/neck is another primary target spot. One that if hit with all of your force can turn the tables on a violent situation and make your attacker go from offense to defense.

The goal results:
*Front of the neck: asphyxiation
*Sides of the neck: nerve/artery (fluid shockwave)- fainting/unconsciousness
*Back of the neck: concussion
A. SUPINE PROFILE (on back)
- heel stomp to throat
- toe kick to sides of neck or
shin kick (golf wedge) to sides of neck - knee drop onto front of neck
- hammerfist/bolo punch to throat
B. SUPINE PROFILE (on stomach)
- heel stomp to back of neck
- toe kick to sides of neck
C. ON ALL FOURs PROFILE
- shin kick (punt) to throat
- shin hit to sides of neck (wade thru the target)
- forearm hit to back of neck (standing in front)
- forearm or bolo punchto back of neck (standing to side)
D. KNEELING PROFILE (on one or both knees)
- lateral elbow or forearm to sides of neck

- forearm shiver to throat (from standing in front)
